I'm Margarita, and I'm so happy to invite you to our second Porto Yoga Day - a special day where sunlight dances between our movements, where fluid paint meets textured paper, and the gentle vibrations of a singing bowl fill deep silence…
International Yoga Day is celebrated on June 21st, and while some studios host special classes on that day, I’ve moved our celebration to the next day, so you can join more practices if you wish. This is our time to pause, to breathe, to focus on what truly matters. The park will be our studio, the rustle of leaves - our melody.

What to bring

Yoga mat or blanket;
Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen might be helpful too - Water bottle, snacks or lunch, if needed
- Extra layer of clothing for changing weather
- Feel free to bring a camera to capture the shared special moments - we'd love to see your perspective!

Participation is free of charge (donations are welcome, but only if you really want to contribute:)
No need to attend all classes, you can pick the ones that inspire you the most!

It's in Parque da Cidade - go to the park entrance Estrada Sul, which is near the Nevogilde (!) bus stop. From there, walk straight ahead for 2 minutes and you’ll find us on the clearing right in front of the entrance.
